Three Ingredient Thursday


Dump Cake!

2 cans ( 21 oz) pie filling or fruit like peaches including juice)
1 package cake mix
1/2 cup butter
(Optional 1/2 tsp of cinnamon or apple pie spice)

Preheat oven to 350o

Spray 9 x 13" baking dish with cooking spray

Empty fruit into baking pan. Cover with dry cake mix and press down.

Cut butter into small pieces and place on top of dry cake mix

Bake at 350, for approx. 40 min. until cake is done.

Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.

Fruits and cake mix flavors can be varied:

Blueberry with yellow or white
Apple with spice, yellow, or white
Cherry with chocolate, yellow or white
Peach with yellow, spice or white
Pear with yellow, spice or white
Pineapple chunks or tidbits, with yellow, spice or white
