4 c. hot seasoned mashed potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions, optional
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients, turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield 6 servings. (Can make ahead of time and refrigerate.)
